Where We Stand is an ANTONYO Award Nominee

Where We Stand has been nominated for Best Solo Show in Broadway Black's first annaul ANTONYO Awards!

Broadway Black, the multimedia organization highlighting the achievements of Black theatre artists, has announced the inaugural Antonyo Awards, a celebration of the Black Broadway and Off-Broadway community. This joyous online event will take place at 7:00 pm EST on June 19, 2020, also known as Juneteenth, a holiday which commemorates the end of slavery in America. The streamed ceremony will include a pre-show virtual red carpet, original musical numbers, star presenters and performers, and more.

Where We Stand is a Drama League Award Nominee

Donnetta has been nominated for the prestigious DISTINGUISHED PERFORMANCE AWARD by the Drama League for her work in "Where We Stand" Off-Broadway!

First awarded in 1922 and formalized in 1935, The Drama League Awards are the oldest theatrical honors in America. They are the only major theater awards chosen by a cross-section of the theatre community — specifically, by the industry professionals, producers, artists, audiences, and critics who are Drama League members nationwide.

Award winners will be announced by Gabriel Stelian-Shanks & Bevin Ross via livestream in June.

Where We Stand is a Lucille Lortel Nominee!

Where We Stand has been nominated for a 2020 Lucille Lortel Award for Oustanding Solo Show!

The Lucille Lortel Awards recognize excellence in Off-Broadway theatre. The Awards are named for Lucille Lortel, an actress and theater producer, known as the “Queen of Off-Broadway.” The Off-Broadway League instituted the Lucille Lortel Awards in 1986 to honor Lucille Lortel's devotion to Off-Broadway. The Awards are produced by The Off-Broadway League and Lucille Lortel Theatre Foundation, with additional support from the Theatre Development Fund.

The Awards will be presented during a special online event on Sunday, May 3, broadcast on the official website – – beginning at 7:00pm ET.

As always, the Lortel Awards will be a benefit for The Actors Fund and fans are encouraged to make donations at The Lucille Lortel Awards are produced by the Off-Broadway League and the Lucille Lortel Theatre Foundation. Additional support is provided by TDF.
